ROLE: Backend Planning, Coordination

LOCATION: Andheri (East)

PROFILE:

• Ability to conduct Desk Job across streams -Back-end Planning, Vendor Mgt., Database Building, Updation etc.
• Backend Planning on Briefs (hotel, travel, airlines, transport, vendors, artist etc.)
• All coordination with vendors for timely reverts & planning on multiple briefs
• Negotiating with vendors (hotel, travels, airlines, transport, artist, vendors etc.) closing deals at target price
• Documentation ensuring completeness, detailing, correctness etc. as per systems, processes & timelines
• Invoicing/billing, payouts, advances, refunds etc. coordination to ensure compliances, timely & smooth roll outs
• Willingness to travel at all times
• On-ground execution and co-ordination
• Internal reverts in the desired formats (e.g. word, excel, presentation etc.) with proper research, complete & correct details for Planning & Execution as per timelines
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the reproduction is as per brief specifications and quality standards
