Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, conversions, and brand awareness, with a particular emphasis on growing our D2C sales channels.
- This role will involve hands-on campaign management, SEO/SEM, paid media, and overseeing social media presence to optimize BOULT's digital footprint across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- D2C Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in BOULT's direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
- Digital Campaign Management: Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads) to drive online sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- D2C Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize the user experience (UX) and conversion funnels on BOULT's D2C website, including product pages, checkout process, and mobile optimization.
- SEO & SEM: Manage and improve search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to boost organic traffic, and implement paid search campaigns (PPC) to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and social media marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive D2C traffic. Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling, platform-specific content.
- Email Marketing & Retargeting: Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales, customer retention, and engagement. Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage customers and increase conversion rates.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Manage advertising budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive D2C traffic and sales. Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and other digital marketing metrics. Use insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Customer Insights & A/B Testing: Leverage customer insights and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve marketing strategies, UX/UI, and campaign performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure D2C strategies are aligned with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and D2C strategies to ensure BOULT remains at the forefront of innovation in the digital space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels, e-commerce, or similar.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a focus on D2C growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, conversion optimization, and user experience.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adapt strategies to meet business goals.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Preferred:
- Experience in the tech, electronics, or consumer goods industry.
