Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals; provide guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to the states market dynamics; identify growth opportunities and establish priorities.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met. •
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends; leverage insights to inform sales strategies. •
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; act as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. •
• Budget Oversight: Manage the sales budget for the state, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
