Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs for various departments.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with the creation of job descriptions and advertisements.
• Use various job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate database for current and future job openings.
• Provide timely and relevant feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
