Job profile:

Routine Maintenance:-

• To ensure that production lines, plant equipment's are maintained in good working condition.
• Planning of Maintenance Job Daily / Monthly / yearly.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Analyzing Break-down, Machine uptime, Energy conservation, etc.

Spare Parts Management:-

• Arrange fixtures, fittings or components for maintenance activity.
• control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

Preventive Maintenance:-

• Ensuring preventive maintenance activities by regular inspections, servicing of tools and machineries, timely oiling & lubricating.
• Eliminate downtime due to maintenance related failures.
• Extend the operating life of the equipment's.

Utility Maintenance:-

• To work with & support a team of engineers for carrying out various types of operations & maintenance.
• Utility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record &
• downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment's

Statutory Compliance:-

• Ensure compliances as per MPCB, MSEB, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Companys ISO procedures.

Required technical skills:

• Knowledge of SAP/ any other ERP System.
• Knowledge of assembly & shops.
• Good Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, cross-functional team approach for problem solving.
