Nacelle Electrical Engineering (SEL , Hadapsar Pune)

Role & responsibilities

A) New product development and Design change process -Engineering change management process Updating documentation as per requirement

Based on project requirement - design Review and Release document and bill of material.

1. Electrical circuit design, modification ,cross functional review for Electrical Interface design.

2. Based on Electrical Schematic and Mechanical design Prepare and release Electrical Interface Engineering SAP BOM

3. Illumination design

4. Power and control cable routing and Harnessing document preparation

5. Manufacturing assembly Process documentation preparation for Production .

6. Release of Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing and Quality check document.

B) Alternate component development

1. Sensor Selection

2. Control cable selection

3. Cabinet Interface cable, and cable accessories

4. EMI/ EMC interface requirement

C) Proto assembly and testing at plant, through Proto testing make sure the technical requirements of the project fulfilled with respect to standards,

D) Optimize the product cost by Value engineering:

• Drive for implementation of potential cost saving ideas through design changes
• Design change Electrical Interface.
• Create and release Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing and Quality in check processes document.

E) Rollout and ramp up support for new products to Manufacturing Plant and Site Support

• Maintain SAP release existing running product design, Production document - Ensure
• Manufacturing is as per Released design and BOM, with zero deviation'
• Lead projects through support on technical expertise, technical reviews, quality improvement, technical reporting, etc. for at various stages of engineering design and development.
• Field support for component failure analysis,

F) Engage with the team and foster team work and sustain a collaborative working environment
leading to a homogeneous team within and with cross functional stakeholders
