Job Summary:

Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, drive process optimizations, and enhance productivity through motion and time studies, line balancing, and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies for process improvements
- Design efficient line layouts and implement line balancing Kaizen
- Drive lean manufacturing with tools like ECRS, SMED, KANBAN, and more
- Collaborate on new line development and automation projects
- Utilize technology for data-driven improvements and maintain a competitive edge

Required Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive lean manufacturing initiatives
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
