Job Description
Develop and implement efficient manufacturing systems and processes to optimize production output and minimize costs
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and improve productivity
Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and streamline operations
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes
Monitor production schedules and timelines to meet export deadlines and customer requirements
Continuously evaluate and upgrade manufacturing equipment and technology to maintain competitiveness
Prepare layouts for new plant setup and prepare budget for the same
Responsible for sustainable sourcing of washing chemicals
Responsible to manage machine maintenance department and to manage machine movement in different production facilities
