Role & responsibilities

a) Supervise and assist .Maintenance -.officer, supervisors & technical staff.

b) Responsible for utility system like water supply, plumbing,borewell,DG Sets,Fire hydrant system,NCM, LPG,Diesel  procurement, etc.

c) Preparation of purchase order & follow up with vendor as well account dept.

d) Developing department structure and down line duties.

e)To take care of  getting staff trained for better performance & motivate for making them multi skill.

f) Administration of staff for smooth operation.

g) To coordinate & help  in renovation & project job.

h) To control the cost of spares & inventory, to implement credit system to reduce voucher/cash payment.

i) Job evaluation, obtaining quotations, negotiations, get approvals from reporting head(VP Operations).

j) To follow up with purchase for purchase orders, procurement of local & imported spares, sourcing the parts availability.

k) Job follows ups with vendors, maintenance  team, to send bills for booking and payments with accounts.  

n) To execute, evaluate, AMCs , to coordinate with service providers & contractors.

o) Formulating preventive, proactive, maintenance system of equipment's.

p) Formulating AMC orders.

q) Other depts. Coordination.

r) Communicate / co-ordinate / liaison/execution with various equipment calibration authorities  for maintenance related approvals like weight and measure & NABL accredited body.

s) Responsible for CMMS software and ISO-22000 related compliance
