Opening For Assistant Manager /Engineer (Maintenance/Electrical )

• Should ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
• Should Have experience of maintenance of various rotary equipment like different types of pumps, compressors, Gearboxes, blowers, fans, Rotary feeder, screw feeder, Progressive cavity pump.
• Possess knowledge of maintenance of power plants equipment like Maintenance /inspection of all types of heat Exchangers, Vessels, valves, etc.
• Demonstrated abilities in working on maintenance initiatives, thereby bringing down equipment breakdown & achieving maximum viability of the equipment's.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors
• Organize & implement preventive maintenance and installation activities
• Implement safety policies and procedures for the department
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• To handle all maintenance of plant, machinery and equipment.
• Schedule, supervise and motivate employees for the department
• Should be capable to handle all maintenance of manufacturing industry.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget. Manage vendors on regular maintenance
• Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts
• Control and monitor inventory
• Creation and Application of Maintenance Charts and Plans.
• Responding to breakdowns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have at least 04 to 7 years of Plant maintenance and Electrical experience with Fertilizer /chemical Industry
