Engineer - Maintenance (Battery Shop)

Preferred candidate profile

• Good exposure of the Battery assembly shop- Process handling, and maintenance of process equipment and Will be Responsible for overall shop maintenance.
• Should have experience on equipment like: Fanuc Robot, Resistance welding, laser welding & Testing of battery pack(Charging & discharging).
• Should have experience of working automation PLC(Allen Bradley)/Robot/VFD/ communication topologies/Servo and its troubleshooting.
• Should have strong knowledge & hands on experience on electrical Control Circuits etc.
• Develop associates, Ensure PM/PDM plan, ensure safety.
• Able to work independently and in team environments.
• Candidate must be well versed with different Workstation software used for automation like manufacturing execution system/working stations of equipment.
• Must have good exposure to battery assembly safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development of the maintenance infrastructure needed for the battery assembly process- Spare, repairing process of equipment, skill level development etc.
• Should have experience of working in a Battery assembly shop preferably >15Kwh size.
• Develop the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance on 4M (Material, Method, Machine, Man) for ensuring the reliability of process equipment.
• Development of skill of the Maintenance manpower, Enhance the skill of shop Maintenance manpower in structured manner.
