Engine Test Bed Engineer

Job Title: Engine testbed Engineer

Location: Halol, Vadodara

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Gasoline Engine testing, performance, Emission & durability testing. Engine testing on transient dyno, FTP/MIDC.
• Experience of engine mounting procedures, dyno operation, testbed instrument handling like fuel flow meter, fuel & coolant conditioning system, emission devices, testbed sensors, engine wiring harness.
• Knowledge & experience of testbed utility operating.
• Experience to handle various testing related sensors and instruments and sensors. Testbed instrument trouble shooting.
• Hands-on experience on dyno software operation & data acquisition system and diagnostic tools (INCA, MDA, ipetronic) data collection, analysis.
• Support to ECU calibration development.
• Knowledge on work Safety & EHS compliance.
• Errors & fault code detection with diagnostic tools and issue resolution.
  

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engine testing, testbed operation.
• Diploma / B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile from a reputed Institution / University.
• Early Issue identification & resolution and problem solving.
• Proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working environment.
• Good Team Player and comfortable to work in Plant environment.
