Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in packaging or manufacturing to join our growing team.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions tailored to the packaging industry, and ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce within our client's unique business model.
You will help transform our packaging processes by leveraging Salesforce capabilities to streamline operations, improve sales and customer service, and ultimately deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed Salesforce requirements, focusing on aligning CRM capabilities with packaging-specific processes.
- Business Process Analysis : Analyze current business processes within the packaging domain and recommend areas for process optimization using Salesforce features.
- Solution Design : Design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet our client's business needs, emphasizing the unique demands of the printing, laminating, converting, and sustainability-focused packaging industry.
- Customization and Implementation : Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement customized solutions, leveraging client's existing expertise in inventory management, supply chain continuity, and customer engagement.
- User Training and Adoption : Develop and deliver Salesforce training sessions to ensure stakeholders across different departments understand and can utilize the system to its fullest potential.
- Reporting and Analytics : Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key decision-makers and support informed business planning.
Key Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience :
- 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience in the packaging industry is preferred, especially with exposure to printing, laminating, and converting processes.
Salesforce Expertise :
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning and its customization capabilities.
Skills :
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to map business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of packaging supply chain processes and inventory management is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Previous experience working with packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- ERP integration experience is a plus.
