About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic team.
- This key role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both our consultants and clients throughout their engagement lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultant Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all new consultants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions, covering topics such as company policies, benefits, and project expectations.
- Gather and verify necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to consultants throughout their engagement, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive engagement.
Account Management:
- Manage client accounts effectively, including contract renewals, invoicing, and reporting.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to agreed-upon timelines.
- Monitor client account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Follow-Ups:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with consultants and clients to monitor progress and address any outstanding issues.
- Ensure all pending tasks, payments, and feedback are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ mater's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Client Services, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in onboarding new employees or contractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
