Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Engage with leads and opportunities generated by the marketing team, converting them into sales by providing product demos.
2. Deliver both basic and advanced training to customers on Tally products.
3. Attend onsite service support calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
4. Generate new sales leads and opportunities from satisfied customers.
5. Identify post-sale service opportunities for value-added products.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce or Accounting, with working knowledge in Tally. Preferred qualifications: B. Com / M.Com / BCA /B.Com (CA)/B.Com ( IT)

Years of Experience:

• 2-3 years in software product support or services.

Age Group:

• 25-35 years

Required Skills:

• Strong, engaging personality with a passion for training and support activities.
• Working knowledge of overall Tally features or expertise in specific functional areas such as Accounts, Inventory, Banking, WA or Email Communication, Payroll, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Eagerness to learn new product features and functionalities and share them with customers.
• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and preferably Hindi.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to CEO

Salary Range (Per Annum):

• ₹2.5 to ₹ 3.0 Lakh (depending on experience)

Candidate Profile :

• Willingness to travel and meet a minimum of 4-5 customers daily.
• Quick to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with by the backend team or Tally team to complete the service call.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and completing service calls thoroughly.
• Learning mindset to undergo training provided by Tally and complete skill measurement assessments promptly.
• Flexible and resilient
• Listening skills
• Should possess two wheeler driving license
