Customer Support Executive

Designation: Executive-Client Excellence

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification & Experience:

• Preferably a Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience or MBA with minimum 1 year of experience
• Excellent English Communication & Soft Skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office & specially excel application will be considered as an added advantage

Job Responsibility as below:

• Coordinate with Customer Support team: Plan their output and ensure effective execution & provide desired guidance
• Provide Direct Customer Support and ensure relation Management
• Collection of customer feedback from time to time and design improvement of services
• Review & Resolve Escalations
• Evaluate Performance of the team members
• Coordinate with account manager & provide time to time feedback
• Create and update training documentation or manuals
• Learning new releases/modules of software and work along with support team members for effective implementation of new releases
• Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions
• Design strategy for superior product adoption & execute them effectively
• Would be required to manage support ticketing tool for managing customer queries/issues or suggestions
• Responsible for creating/reviewing system usage reports/MIS and ensure timely sharing of reports to client
