Customer Service Team Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervision of overall daily activities of Customer Service Department
• Assisting in maintaining Daily & Monthly PI Reports
• Allotment / allocation of enquiries for PI preparation, among CSD team members based on Customers' profile, nature of individual enquiry, volume of individual enquiry etc.
• Finalization of rates & discounts based on enquiry quantities & Customers' profile
• Overall responsibility of CSD's e-mail & mobile phone
• Tracking of fully outsourced and job work Lamination orders, from PI stage to receipt of products in the plant
• Follow-up with customers of PIs pending for confirmation
• Confirmation of PIs approved by customers
• Updating of delivery address of confirmed PIs
• Short-closing of PIs cancelled by customers
• Coordination with customers on issues related to activities from enquiry to PI confirmation.
