Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

• Experience from Biometric Support, CCTV Camera, Networking Support Person will be preferred. Please note This position is open for Woman / Girls Only.
  
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems and software applications.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require technical assistance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Tech/B.E., etc.).
  
• Excellent communication skills with strong spoken English proficiency; written communication skills also required.
  
• Proficiency in email writing, presentation skills, convincing power, selling skills.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in BPO/customer support industry (voice process).

• If there is gap into the JOB profile due to family reason then that woman also apply for this profile.
