Role & responsibilities
The role of the candidate is to handle the customer support operations related to Tally Software. The company provides Tally software services. The candidate is expected to handle the queries raised by the customers regarding Tally features and functionalities or trouble-shooting his Tally problems.
The candidate would be the member of our Tally Desk-Support team and is supposed to solve these queries on telephone and through remote computer access.
Preferred candidate profile
The desired candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of TallyERP9 and TallyPrime. He / She should have good communication skills and customer handling skills. Good knowledge of taxation and inventory management will be a great advantage.
