Your key responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/ execution with high quality and timely deliverables.

- Demonstrate significant industry/ solution expertise.

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies.

- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality and operational excellence.

- Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts PnL Management.

- Sharp focus on quality delivery.

- Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, Alteryx.

To qualify for the role you must have:

- MBA (premium institute preferred) with a strong academic record.

- 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed.

- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.

- In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in the respective least one sector of the following sectors: listed - FMCG/Consumer goods and products.
