Strategy & Planning :
- Develop & execute distribution growth strategies & plans.
- Route to market assessment & future readiness.
- Achieve business objectives through efficient & effective management of S&D organization, infrastructure augmentation.
GTM Strategy, Project & Implementation :
- Act as a conduit between internal customers & Management
- Implementation of GTM strategy in alignment with Business strategies to achieve the Business Objectives
- Develop SOP/plans for GTM strategy to be implemented
- Create & execute best in class engagement programs to drive stronger alignment & engagement process the across channel partners
Technology & Sales Automation :
- Evangelize & drive usage of technology platform to enable automation, precision & execution excellence in sales process across the value chain.
- Migrate from the traditional - order to cash -process to an automated - continuous Replenishment system - to transform the field -force orientation from - order fulfilment -to - demand creation.
- Drive business to 100% automation in A+ cities / urban markets / Rural markets for unlocking productivity & improved in market execution. Co -create the blueprint to extending automation in B class cities.
- DMS/SFA integration.
Sales & Distribution management :
- Work on strategies for increasing retail coverage.
- Improve & Measure sales team productivity.
- Design & develop & implement training programmes for developing sales force capabilities
- Sales enablement : Drive and deploy systems and processes. Share insights with the Zonal Head in delivering the Sales Targets for the geography. Support the Zonal Heads in execution excellence through timely execution planning, tracking results and supporting the review process.
- Strategic planning for implementing channel specific interventions (Wholesale, Rural , General & MT) with specific focus on increasing weighted distribution.
- Conduct periodic meetings with sales -force & key distributors for firsthand information
- Design , develop, implement & evaluate initiatives for building distributors capabilities.
- Identify Distribution partners contributing positively to the business and develop a system of filtering-out the non-performers.
- Desired Profile: Overall experience of 15-20 years in FMCG Industry. 5 Years of which must be in a leadership position leading a team.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent
