Job Overview. We are hiring a Relationship Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience for our company, Bizup. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position located in Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sales, new client acquisitions, team management, revenue generation, business development, leadership, and territory management.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in sales and client relationship management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven. Experience in territory management and market analysis. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. Roles And Responsibilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue generation. Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
