Role & responsibilities :
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private commercial market segment.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization.
4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
6. Proposal and Pitch Development: Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and pitches to clients to win new business.

Preferred candidate profile
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the private commercial market segment.
3. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
