Sales Representative cum Business Developer

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative cum Business Developer to join our team in the Hospitality / Tourism industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding our customer base.
• Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance business strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market trends.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Information:

• The position offers a competitive salary of ₹50,000 per month.
• This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
