Channel Sales- International Markets
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales to oversee our Vertel Digital product lines in the International market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Channel Sales. Experience in walkie-talkie industries like: DMR two-way radio, or PoC or TETRA is a bonus.. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities :
1) Responsible for direct development and management of sub-dealers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2) Understands Vertel's Products and is involved in making presentations to prospective distributors.
3) Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized sub-dealers, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
3) Negotiate and finalize sub-dealer agreements, and provide guidance and support to them to achieve sales goals.
4) Works extensively with partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.
5) Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
6) Collaborate with marketing to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
7) Proactively develop and expand pipelines through direct customer engagement and leveraging channel partners.
8) Drive demand generation initiatives, including product training, workshops, and seminars for sub-dealers.
9) Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
Requirement:
1) Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the Radio communication, Security Hardware or Telecom Sector
2) Knowledge of telecommunications technologies
3) Strong knowledge in channel sales, DMR two-way radio, PoC or TETRA
4) Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5) Strong written and oral communications skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
6) Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
7) Attention to detail and flawless execution mind-set.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Master's degree is a plus.
2) Proven track record of successful sub-dealer management, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry.
3) Strong understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices.
4) Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to analyze market data.
5) Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6) Fluency in English- spoken and written- is a must
7) Ability to travel
