UX Designer (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar UX-related role with accompanying experience in visual/graphic design and experience creating prototypes or wireframes. A demonstrable design portfolio is a MUST.

- Ability to communicate your design vision through verbal explanation, sketching, or quick mock-ups to small or large groups, from designers to executives

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions based on user research and data analysis.

- Solid understanding of design systems and component libraries.

- Perennial self-starter who can create schedules and define the scope of work even without explicit requirements and direction

- Knowledge of design parameters, web standards and best practices for applications, web-based and mobile applications

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma inter product

- An uncanny ability to create and present powerful presentations capable of bowling over audiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
