UI/UX Design Lead - Adobe Creative Suite (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of UI/UX to drive our design strategy and lead a team of designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services and fintech, with a proven track record of creating intuitive, secure, and innovative digital products. This role will involve defining and executing a UI/UX strategy aligned with our business goals, ensuring our platforms exceed user expectations while adhering to industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for financial advisory services ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the UI/UX design team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and fintech, integrating innovative technologies into design workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, compliance officers, and business heads, to ensure seamless UI/UX integration.

- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications tailored to financial services.

- Ensure design consistency, security, and quality across all platforms and products, adhering to brand guidelines.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to drive informed design decisions and continuous improvements.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and project specifications.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to UI/UX effectiveness, user satisfaction, and usability.

- Champion a user-centered design approach, emphasizing accessibility, security, and intuitive interactions for financial applications.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the UI/UX team and other departments, ensuring a cohesive user experience strategy.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Finance, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including leadership roles, with a strong

preference for experience in finance or fintech.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and interaction design, particularly for financial applications.

Required Skills (more the better) :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and other industry-standard tools.

- Expertise in user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and accessibility standards.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on financial data and user behavior.

- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly in compliance, security, and usability aspects.
