Job Description:
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing and Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition and maximize lifetime value through data-driven marketing strategies.
- This role requires expertise in performance marketing and growth strategies, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and be skilled in analyzing campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising networks.
- Monitor and manage daily campaign performance, adjusting budgets and bids to maximize ROI and ensure optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement across channels.
- Use tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Marketo, and other analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Work on optimizing customer acquisition funnels, with a focus on nurturing leads through different stages of the customer journey.
- Develop and implement Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies aimed at improving the conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, Data engineering and Sales to align marketing campaigns and growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Segment audiences and use marketing automation tools to deliver personalized campaigns and optimize customer retention efforts.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to generate insights that inform both performance marketing and long-term growth strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies, customer retention, and engagement tactics.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), MoEngage, Marketo and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Experience in optimizing conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign and customer data to inform decisions and drive growth.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring continuous optimization and growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally to implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CLM tools like Marketo, Moengage, Clevertap, or other customer engagement platforms.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Previous experience with high-budget performance marketing campaigns and scaling growth efforts.
