Bisleri International - CSR Brand Manager (7-10 yrs)

Job Objective : Develop and deploy CSR strategy for Bisleri in line with its Brand positioning & vision, along with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Planning :

- Understand business priorities and draw implications of it to develop Bisleri's CSR strategy

- Develop annual plan and budget for CSR activities and monitor adherence to the same.

CSR :

- Identify, design and implement relevant CSR projects and programs in line with Bisleris approved CSR strategy

- Evaluate and empanel NGO and government partners in areas identified for CSR engagement and periodically assess their performance

- Set up CSR due-diligence systems and processes as per requirements

- Monitor success of CSR projects through tracking of identified metrics

- Work closely with the creative & content team on generating and circulating any media requirement on CSR

- Coordinate with third-party auditor to undertake annual impact assessment for identified projects

- Lead CSR reporting on key metrics and engage with critical stakeholders to present critical updates (including Board of Directors, CSR Committee, - Ministry of Corporate Affairs, etc.)

Operational Excellence :

Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reports associated with CSR plan

People Management :

- Provide inputs for the annual manpower plan and function budget in consultation with Marketing Lead, HR & Admin

- Drive a culture of performance amongst subordinates - set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel and provide feedback on performance so as to drive an engaged, motivated and committed team

- Develop the capabilities to take on higher responsibilities while performing the given/in-charge responsibilities at various levels within the functions

- Participate in succession planning and recruitment of critical Senior & Middle Management positions within Marketing

- Oversee training of teams to meet the requirements of the role.

Event Planning and Management - Creating awareness of Bisleri Internationals CSR Initiatives through events and partnership

Job Specifications :

- Level of education : Post Graduate Diploma/MBA or equivalent in Social Sciences, Economics or Developmental Economics

Experience : 7-10 years of experience in CSR
