Executive/ Senior Executive Human Resources Delhi/NCR/Gurgaon/Noida

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment based on hiring strategy from the Head HR. Obtaining manpower requisition from different Department head and stations and taking approval from HR Head & Station Head.
• Coordinate with consultants for sourcing candidates, IJPs. Promoting internal referral schemes.
• Conducting aptitude test and psychological test if needed, preparing reports and forward it to department Head and HR Head for final interview.
• Sourcing candidates, skills matching as per job requirements, screening candidate recommends offer package including compensation), close candidate, processing offer/hire upto level C6, Taking First round of interview upto C6 level and recommending shortlisted candidates to Department Head and later to HR Head. Closing leads within a target timeframe.
• Responsible for effectively networking by referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research, cold calling & attending events.
• Background Checks of candidates. Ensure update documentation of all candidates.
• Ensure induction as per the induction plan.
• Ensure availability of staff as per the requirements or SLA with client. Identify shortfall and fill up the gaps.
• Maintain & Reports metrics on all steps in recruiting process (i.e. cost per hire, TAT, offers, hires, declines, ratios, etc.)
• Coordination for ADP, AEP, Biometric and associated trainings.
• Monthly reporting of any budget variation in terms of budgeted head count and cost.
• Ensuring upkeep of all records.
• Track Early Warning Indicators & conduct retention / counseling meetings /skip meeting upto level C6
• Attrition analysis & exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations
• Conducting succession planning exercise to ensure talent availability.
• Synchronization and coordination with other departments for HR service delivery
• Responsible for motivation / reward & recognition exercises. Ensure that rewards and
• recognition is exercised at all stations as per the policy
• Conducting Exit interviews and reporting upto C6 level
• Coordinating with manpower vendors, ensuring their service delivery as per the SLA,
• keeping strict vigilance on their statutory compliance
• Carry out performance evaluation on time.
• Conduct HR exercise as advised by HR Head.
• Accountable for safety in his/her line management and Job
• Safety regulations as per OHSAS

Experience

Degree/diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relation & Personnel Management with minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably in aviation/hospitality/BPO and other related industry.
