Executive/Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role:

As Dairy Craft continues to expand in the B2B and B2C space, it is looking for a dedicated HR Professionals to manage end to end recruitment & HR Generalist activities. The role involves handling the entire recruitment cycle, onboarding new employees, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting various HR initiatives in line with our expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

• Making Job descriptions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Aligning the candidates for next rounds and doing further coordination till joining
• Responsible for documentation, induction and training of new joiners and explaining company policies.
• Responsible for acting as a bridge between employees and management and ensuring high morale along with the high staff performance.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, from employee hire to exit, including payroll master creation and full & final settlements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Candidate requirements

• Analytical skills
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in recruitment & payroll, preferably in the FMCG space
• Confidentiality is mandatory in this role
• Must be consciously aware of all HR related laws
• Good communication skills (English) - both written and oral
