Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients requiring contract developers
  
• Conduct discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets
  
• Coordinate basic marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns) for lead generation
  
• Maintain client relationships, handle onboarding, and gather feedback
  
• Track progress and pipeline using a CRM or spreadsheet
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably IT staffing)
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  
• Familiarity with marketing basics (social media, email outreach)
  
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple responsibilities
