Role & responsibilities
- Lead generation - Proactively search for potential clients on Upwork and Freelancer by browsing job postings, utilizing platform search filters, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal Writing - working on a techno-commercial proposal
- Bidding on Upwork and Freelancer
- Deal Closure - Contract negotiations and finalization
- Business onboarding for new prospects
- Account management and relationship building with the customers
Key Requirements
- Familiarity with the features and functionalities of Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- BBA and MBA (Fresher)
- Excellent English (Written and Oral) communication skills
- Understanding of technology trends
- Experience in the IT industry (Preferrable)
- Only work from office (Sec48, Gurugram) and No remote/hybrid mode
- Available to join immediately
