Job description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The role is completely focused on sales. The primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students (leads), understand their requirements, and convert them into successful admissions for our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call leads provided by the company to pitch our IT courses.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and understand their career aspirations.
• Effectively present and explain the value of our courses to help students make informed decisions.
• Follow up consistently with potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
