Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Generating leads: Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Closing deals: Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts
• Tracking performance: Tracking and reporting on sales performance
• Staying up to date: Keeping up with product knowledge and industry trends
• Resolving complaints: Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions
• Preparing reports: Preparing monthly and weekly reports
• Monitoring competition: Gathering information on pricing, products, and trends in the market
• Coordinating sales efforts: Coordinating sales efforts with marketing and company programs
• Training new representatives: Training new representatives as they transition to senior positions

Preferred candidate profile :

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LUBE OR PETROLEUM PRODUCT SALES OR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR INDUSTRIES IS PREFERABLE. SHOULD HAVE AN EXCELLENT TRACK RECORD OF HANDLING PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND MEETING TARGETS SUPPORTING NEW BUSINESSS GAINS.

Perks and benefits :

SALARY: (Rs. 1,80,000 PA, to Rs. 2,40,000PA) Fixed + Incentive on Target achieve + TA + PF + ESIC.
