Role & responsibilities
-Build relationships with prospective clients
-Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
-Make cold calls for new business leads
-Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
-Keep prospective client database updated
-Support in writing new business proposals
-Maintain knowledge of all products and service offerings of the company
-Make outbound cold emails and calls to high level decision making members e.g. CEO, Director, VP, GM etc.
-Should be target oriented with the ability to excel under pressure
-Responsible for generating potential business leads
-Responsible for achieving day to day targets
-Should have the ability to handle multiple projects/campaigns
Preferred candidate profile
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-International exposure in B2B or B2C outbound calling would be an added advantage
-Knowledge of MS Office & Advanced Excel Time management & Leadership skills
-Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving
-Should have at the least one year of B2B/B2C International calling experience
-Creative thinker with problem solving abilities and objection handling
-Experience of working in Inside Sales or Lead Generation roles.
-Able to penetrate organizations through targeted email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn etc. and identify target audience.
-Experience in working on tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Saleshandy, Sales Navigator etc. would be a plus.
-Interact with internal teams and ensure Meetings and Demonstrations are handled on time.
