Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Naukri Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Solid IT hiring experience, specifically for roles such as Java, React.js,.NET, Frontend, Fullstack, and Backend developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide hiring recommendations.
• High-Volume Calling: Should be able to call maximum candidates and collect necessary details efficiently.
• Hiring Challenges: Should be able to take on challenges in peak hiring periods and deliver results under pressure.
