Senior Manager - SAP MM

The individual in this role is responsible for companywide SAP Delivery Operations while managing team of Partners. S/he has the overall responsibility for the delivery of operational support services to the global user community, ensuring that the services are delivered in line with agreed service level targets and to the appropriate level of quality.

Whilst focusing on ongoing service operations improvement, the primary focus for the position will be the operations of services improvement and incidents.

Project Delivery - HANA Transformation

• Accountable for various phases of SAP implementation and functions right from requirement mapping, application development, testing till post implementation support
• Connect with key stakeholder from other departments to ensure SAP products/services are offered at the highest possible quality and efficiency
• Strong engagement with Business Project Manager, Super Users to ensure Market readiness, communications, Change Action Plan
• Sign off acceptance for Business and IT support to transition from Project to Operational Steady state
• Provide status updates to Steering committee i.e., the Head of IT and key business stakeholders
• Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous improvement on project delivery
• Manage Market interdependencies, issues, risks and scope before escalation to Project Steering Committee

Drive operational stability

• Fully responsible for managing Partner Team and drive L1, L2 and L3 support of SAP Solution for business
• Operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting key IS services and capabilities in the areas of SAP - Procure to Pay (P2P), Supply Production Planning and Business Reporting
• Responsible for Delivery of change requests, governance, quality gate processes, standards and budget for the scope of operations
• Deploy Change request management with focus on Business Analysis
• Responsible for all adhering to SLAs, Metrics and KPI
• Take full responsibility of management of operations of all SAP functional and technical workstreams to ensure seamless business transactions

Stakeholder management

• To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders which includes business, IT business partners and Delivery
• Conduct Weekly meetings with Operation team members, IT Business Partners, Key Business Users
• Align on delivering scheduled trainings to end users

IS Business Partnering for Business Functions (specially focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)

• Proactively serve as a trusted advisor, and act as the primary Single Point of Contact for business line executives and managers
• Serve as lead in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology for the business functions
• Strong budget management with focus on reduction of total cost of ownership on yearly basis
• Contribute in realizing business strategies by creating various road maps working along with senior management and business partners
• Enhance productivity, efficiency and customer centricity by implementing New Age digital / technology solutions

Operations

• Accountable for Operation excellence for seamless business process execution in SAP Supply Planning with agreed SLA s
• Ensure User Adoption of Information systems
• Conduct regular SAP Trainings to ensure Alignment of users to systems
• Successful financial/ SAP Audit with timely monthly period closures

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects
• Strong functional knowledge of the SAP Logistics part (SAP MM / SAP SD-MM/ SAP MM-PP): procurement, pricing, purchase orders, pricing schemes, inventory management, transactions, flows, integration points in S4 HANA and ECC 6.0
• Have managed teams of people, Vendor Management and can demonstrate People Management Skills
• Experience of Rolling out template-based SAP and Supply Planning solution for global markets - US, Singapore, UK etc.
• Have good understanding of Beverages Industry and experience of deploying SAP in similar industry
• Experience of project management tools (MS Project etc.)
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure, data bases, interfaces, SAP ABAP
