About the Role:

- The Trade Marketing role focuses on driving sales, distribution, and visibility of Bira 91 in the assigned region by developing and executing trade marketing plans, enhancing product presence, and managing trade spending.

- This role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to maximize retail presence.

- Execute display and merchandising guidelines in outlets.

- Drive sales force motivation through innovative incentive plans.

- Analyze data to assess and optimize trade marketing initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure proper training.

Who You'll Work With:

- Collaborate with frontline sales, marketing, brand, and procurement teams to enhance visibility and promotional efforts at the retail level.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A business degree is preferred, and 4-9 years of experience in sales or sales support (Alco Bev/FMCG preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and market insights.

- Strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
