The candidate would be expected to manage the marketing operations of select brands/ collaborations.
As a marketing manager, this candidate must establish themselves as a highly skilled communicator with strong execution capabilities ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time. He/she will be required to be extremely resourceful and have a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively with cross functional (Media and Communications, Trade Marketing, Regional Sales manager, Supply Chain and Finance) and external stakeholders (Agencies, Collaboration Partners and Trade Partners).
He/she will be expected to drive program execution across the sales channels and develop & drive channel execution standards. Programming will include various consumer promotions, tactical and thematic, in the off premise and on premise
He/she will also be expected to have an analytical mindset and should be able to derive key actionable insights through rigorous data analysis on MS Excel.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver on the Annual Operating Business plan (AOP) by executing projects within timelines
Bira 91 Domestic (select brands)
- Extend communication assets and execution standards amongst other deliverables across various consumer touchpoints- Retail + On Premise (Bars & Restaurant) + Packaging + Social Media
- Work closely with Trade Marketing to execute the trade programs focused on driving awareness, trials and brand positioning
- Daily tracking and reporting of market/ competitor developments - new launches, pricing, consumer promotions, in-store communication
- Tracking of annual brand budgets vs spends, ROI/ campaign metrics on brand campaigns
Bira 91 Partnerships
- Support in project management of Bira 91 s marketing partnerships by working with multiple internal stakeholders (media and communications, sales, trade marketing, supply chain, brand communications) and external stakeholders (partner SPOCs and vendors)
- Work with sales and trade marketing to execute trade programs across channels to amplify the partnership and drive trials of our product
Qualification and Skill Set
- MBA or Graduate from premier college in India with 1 to 3 years of work experience
- Preferable experience in FMCG/ FMCD industry in a marketing role. Prior sales/ management trainee stints would be a bonus
- Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel, ability to navigate datasets and derive insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding aptitude for time management, ability to multitask and work with agility
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders both internal and external
- Willingness and motivation to learn all aspects of business (within and outside marketing)
