Job Description
We are looking for experienced growth marketers for full-time roles with:

Responsibilities:
- Being a liaison between creative and merchandising teams.
- Executing marketing collateral development and ensuring quality control before go-live.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure no breakages in the App journey.
- Action and analyse consumer/user insights mining.
- Communicate our Brand Positioning and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members working on brand initiatives.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand s direction, choices and tactics.
Experience:
- Proven experience in brand management with consumer-tech brand background either on the client side or agency side. MBA is an added advantage.
Skillset:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment Basic. understanding of financial terms and concepts is a good to have.
