Key skills for the job
1. Perform all administrative function as required to ensure the smooth running of factory office & coordinate to all team member.
2. To maintain up to date list of contractors, and manpower deployed and timely renew/amend contract labour registrations and licenses
3. Coordination with Ho for new joinee & employee related matters.
4. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
5. Purchase & Maintaining of general consumables & Stationery for Office & Production
6. Monitor and control the Group communal areas at suitable levels such as pantry, toilets, offices and other facilities management areas.
7. Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files
8. Vehicle Insurance & Maintenance & Record Keeping
9. Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
10. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
12. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
