Technical Competency
- Knowledge of the energy industry, enterprise software, or B2B sales.
- Expertise in key account management, solutions sales, IT sales, or enterprise sales.
People Management/Leadership
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Assertive and friendly interpersonal traits.
- Performance-focused with patience and perseverance.
