Head - Planning & Control Tower

Key purpose of the role:

1. Planning of on field activities
2. Realtime Tracking of on field activities such as rural aggregation and dispatches
3. Managing Backoffice operations for Control of national warehouse operations 
4. Commercial operations including billing, payments, and collections.

1. Planning based on Crop Calendar

• Identify Geographic/Crop residue specific opportunities based on Market Research & Existing Customer Contracts
• Advance planning and look out for aggregation of crop residue
• Soil Nutrients (FOM & Biochar) distribution plan
• Contract manufacturing planning

2. Project Planning & Monitoring

• Supply chain project planning and monitoring
• Track Progress, report deviations, suggest alterations
• Work with various stakeholders for creating efficiency in operations
• Advanced warning on deviations

1. Control Tower Functions

• Plan, capacities and monitor day to day operations
• Logistics planning and monitoring
• Platform operations

2. Commercial Operations

• Billings, Payments, Collections
• AR/AP Tracking
• Financial Reports/Revenue Tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of local business practices
• Ability to conceptualise, plan, execute and ability to take and give feedback, make changes based on the same
• Strong ability to be data driven and make necessary decisions based on the same
• Ability to deal with large customers, and understand the business practices
• Good Understanding of the market, and ability to connect with stakeholders
• Comfortable and proficient with using technology and digital solutions
• Proven ability of relationship and trust building with business partners
• Must be a Team player with ability to Work closely/in coordination with other stake holders
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess Strong Analytical and Decision-making skills
• Professional and ethical behavior, compassionate and target driven
• Excellent communication, proficient computer skills, and Knowledge of local language is a must
