Operational Pilot Plant Setup: Coordinate internal teams and external partner to establish a fully operational pilot plant in line with project objectives.
Project Planning and Coordination: Lead project planning efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between technical and operations teams for seamless pilot plant setup and technology transfer.
Logistics and Compliance: Organize logistics and liaise with partners, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and risks are managed effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners, addressing project-related queries and troubleshooting technical or operational challenges.
Risk and Timeline Management: Monitor project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:

Master s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
OR Bachelor s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in project management.

Technical Expertise:

Strong technical background in biotechnology or related industries, with experience coordinating technical and operational teams.

Project Management Experience:

3+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably with external client-facing responsibilities.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver objectives on time.

Location: India-based candidates only. Hybrid role with onsite requirements

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
