Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Learning & Development:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive L&D strategies and program for overall skill development
• Identify skill gaps and create training plans to address them.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Automate and onboard the L&D policies and processes on relevant platform

2. HR Systems and Automation:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRMS, HR automation tools, and other HR systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

3. HR Analytics:

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions.

4. HR Policy Formulation:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.

5. Payroll Automation:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of payroll automation systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

6. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop HR solutions.
• Communicate HR initiatives and programs to stakeholders.

7. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the internal and cross functional teams to deliver the required output

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, including HRMS, HR automation tools, and payroll
  automation systems.
