Job Description


The role of HR Operations Manager acts a key professional who ensures the smooth and effective operation of HR processes and technology helping in enhancing overall employee experience.

The responsibilities include overseeing timely implementation HR policies, and the upkeep of internal HR systems.

This role is integral in managing activities such Onboarding, Employee life cycle management, and HR system maintenance, thereby contributing to the HR departments efficient functioning and alignment with the organizations broader objectives.

Job Description:

We at are looking for an ambitious HR Operations Manager to oversee following function:

  • Managing HR operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of HR operations, Induction, Employee query management, HRMS System updating, Employee documentation, Offer letter, Hike letters, transfer letter etc.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team: the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Ensuring compliance: Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Providing guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues
  • Analyzing data: Analyze HR data on periodic manner and prepare data backup for audit and compliance purposes
  • Implementing HR technology: act a s key player in future Implementation of HR technology solutions to increase automation, with strong exposure in HRMS system
  • Overseeing offboarding: Oversee offboarding, which includes ensuring the employee exit , asset handover, notifying IT and payroll, and preparing paperwork
  • Facilitating the completion of new hire documentation, On-boarding, Pre-boarding,
  • Manage PIP cases in HRMS portal.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Education qualification - MBA HR preferred from Tier 2 college.
  • Min 4yrs years of experience as HR operations, and 3 yrs at Deputy manager or equivalent level
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and Analytical skills.
  • Problem solver, Team player & coachable.
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in core night shift from onsite.
  • Hands on exp in Induction and Orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
