HR Executive And Recruiter

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment activities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and other sourcing techniques.

2. Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and address employee grievances in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support conflict resolution and help foster a culture of trust and transparency.

3. Performance Management:

• Assist in the implementation of the companys performance management system, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and continuous feedback.
• Monitor and review employee performance, provide guidance, and identify training needs.

4. Learning & Development:

• Coordinate training programs for skill development and organizational growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee development plans.

5. HR Operations:

• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Oversee employee attendance, leaves, and payroll management.
• Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools to improve HR operations efficiency.

6. Compliance:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.

7. Employee Engagement:

• Organize and participate in employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and propose improvements.

8. HR Projects:

• Support HR initiatives such as OKRs, Employee Suggestion Programs, and other strategic HR projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related programs and organizational development activities.
