Job Description
Key Purpose Of The Role:
The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and generating revenue from industrial customers who consume biomass in their production processes.
Key Tasks: - New Customer acquisition for Enterprise subscription to Industrial companies across India
- End-to-end sales process from lead stage to commercial contract
- Key Account Management for existing enterprise customers to drive usage revenue.
- Usage review and Gap analysis
- Driving up the share of business
- Experience- Direct Sales to Industrial Segment
- Employment History - Large Indian/ Multinational Co
- Knowledge - Energy Industry or Enterprise Software
- Experience - More than 3 years
- Any Specific Need - Ability to sell to senior management teams
- Strengths - Deal Making
- Education/ Training Engineering with Management qualification from premier institute
- Presentation/ Communication Skills -
- Strong written and presentation skills, Knowledge of local language is a must
- Interpersonal Skills - Assertive and friendly
- Leadership Traits - Performance focus

Supervision Collaboration: This position reports to the Head of Business Development and works closely with the Operating Circle Head and Head of Client Services.
