Big Oh Tech - UI/UX Designer (3-4 yrs)

What will you do?

- Understand user interaction in various product modules to craft accurate, intuitive, and helpful copy.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user and business needs.

- Create copy for various UI and UX components, including system-generated updates, error messages, tooltips, modal windows, descriptions, etc.

- Ensure that copy across the product is clear, concise, and adheres to our guidelines.

- Conduct copy audits, market research, readability tests, etc. to improve copy across the product.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine existing UX copy guidelines and streamline processes.

- Actively participate in grooming calls and solutions discussions.

What are we looking for?

Must have :

- 3-4 years of UX writing experience for B2B or B2C digital products.

- Portfolio showcasing examples of user-centric in-product copy, highlighting the UX challenge and rationale.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate eMectively with cross-functional teams and back your work with strong rationale.

- Familiarity with Figma.

- Openness to feedback and continuous learning.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to have :

- Additional certifications specific to UX Writing or Research.
